There is one really good food that I don’t see made a whole lot, and that is baby red potatoes. This food is so excellent, so succulent, and so easy make, but I don’t know why more people don’t make it. Many famous chefs believe that this food is too simple. But I think they are wrong. I think the food can be very versatile, and be used in a wide variety of dishes. Tonight, I’m thinking about using this food to garnish a fish that I made. I’m not exactly sure how that is going to taste, but I can certainly find out. One of the best things that you can do when using this food to make a dish, is to not use too much of it. Although they can taste very good, they can certainly overpower certain dishes. Kind of like the fish example that I gave you.
